  • The Gottman Enhanced Relationship Checkup is an online test delivered to you from the Gottman Institute. It helps you understand the strengths and challenges in your relationship. This assessment tool generates reports for both the couple and the therapist. It gives an objective view of how your relationship status is at this moment.

    This relationship checkup can be done seperately or as part of the Gottman’s therapy program.

  • After payment, both partners will receive a unique link to the online questionnaire. There are over 400 questions but you do not need to complete the test in one breath. You can take a break and continue where you left any time, just use the link to get where you were. After both partners complete the test, the answers go through the computers in the Gottman institute and the result ends up in my office. Then I will share the report and provide detailed feedback.

    Couples therapy

    We begin with an intake session. This is followed by individual sessions and the relationship check-up. After that, we can proceed with interventions. The therapy can be done online or in Bonaire. For more information, see 'relationship therapy using the Gottman method'.
